Desktop scene in. One web file out.
The main exit from FBX on this site. Open the Autodesk file, preview what the browser loader kept, download GLB for web and AR. Clips may survive. Materials may simplify. You will not get a new .fbx from here.

Source FBX, target GLB, drop the .fbx, download .glb.
1
Source is FBX. The File API reads it in this tab. Nothing is posted. Keep it under 80 MB.
2
The loaded FBX graph is packed as GLB.
3
Open the GLB viewer. Keep the original FBX for the DCC.
This page is only FBX → GLB. Other pairs have their own keep and lose notes so they do not repeat this conversion.
| On this conversion | What happens |
|---|---|
| Keeps | Mesh and clips the web loader attached. |
| Drops | Maya-only graph bits the browser cannot keep. You also cannot round-trip to FBX. |
| Next step | GLB viewer or a web engine. OBJ if a DCC still wants text. |
| Attribute | Result on the reference scene |
|---|---|
| Separate objects | Kept as 2 |
| UV coordinates | Kept |
| Vertex colour | Kept |

FBX as the source: Imported here, then written as the target. FBX itself is not written. Measured 2026-08-27 by running this converter’s own loaders and exporters headlessly. How every format was measured.
FBX is parsed with the File API. GLB is written in memory. Maya-only graph bits the browser cannot keep. You also cannot round-trip to FBX. That is a format rule, not an upload. Files over 80 MB are refused because RAM is the limit.

Source FBX, target GLB, drop the .fbx, download .glb. No Blender and no account.
View FBX to glance. Convert FBX to GLB when the destination is the browser, AR, or a client who should not need Maya.
No. FBX is import only. The web writer is GLB, glTF, OBJ, STL, or PLY.
No. FBX is parsed here and GLB is written in memory. There is no convert API.
Yes. Open the FBX viewer if you only need to orbit. Convert when the next tool actually wants GLB.
