We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or share 3D logos, contact us, or otherwise use our services.

  • Images and files you upload for logo creation
  • Logo designs and customizations you create
  • Usage data and analytics
  • Device and browser information
  • Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data when ads are displayed
  • Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer ID, subscription ID, invoice status). Card numbers are collected by Stripe, not stored on 3DLogo.io
  • Optional cancel and checkout-abandon reasons, notes from the Feedback control, and abuse reports (a share link, a billing complaint, or free text). These are stored to improve the product and to act on reports

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process and complete transactions
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Analyze usage patterns and improve user experience
  • Display, measure, and improve advertising on the Service

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Editor extrusion (text and SVG to a 3D logo) runs in your browser. Generate jobs send the source photo or prompt to our processing pipeline so we can return a GLB, then we store the result for your account. We do not use those uploads to train public models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

We use Google AdSense to show ads on Free pages. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Signed-in Pro accounts do not load the AdSense script. The editor does not request ads on any plan.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Are the files I convert or view uploaded anywhere?

No. The 3D converter and the viewers read the file in the browser and never send it to a server, which is why they work without an account. Editor extrusion, turning text or an SVG into a 3D logo, also runs in your browser.

What about a photo or prompt I give to Generate?

That is the one part that leaves the device. A Generate job sends the source photo or prompt to the processing pipeline so a GLB can be returned, and the result is stored for your account. That is the trade for a mesh you could not compute locally.

Do you train AI on my logo?

No. Uploads sent to Generate are not used to train public models. The logo editor does not send your mark anywhere to begin with.

Is a logo I save private?

Yes, until you share it. Saved designs belong to your account. A share link exists only if you create one, and an embed only renders a design that has a share link.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can access, correct, or delete your account and its associated data, and export your data in a portable format. Email privacy@3dlogo.io to start.

Do you show ads, and can I turn them off?

Google AdSense runs on Free pages, and Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Signed-in Pro accounts do not load the AdSense script at all, and the editor never requests ads on any plan.
