Things with their own page

Five requests are answered faster somewhere other than an inbox, because the answer is already written down or the form collects what is needed to act.

  • . The control at the bottom-right of marketing and account pages, and in the bottom bar of each studio beside the support address. A bug, an idea, praise, or a report, sent from the page you are on. Closing it sends nothing. Sign-in and embeds do not show it.
  • Report a problem. A shared design, a billing or payment issue, harassment, or anything that should not be on the site. Shared designs can also be reported from the share page itself.
  • Press and brand kit. The approved description in three lengths, the logo files, and the facts. Nothing there needs permission to use, so there is no one to ask.
  • License and commercial use. Who owns what you make, and whether you can sell it. This answers most rights questions without an email.
  • Troubleshooting. Every message the editor can show on upload, what causes it, and the fix.

Developers and AI assistants

3DLogo.io runs an MCP server, so an assistant can use it directly rather than through a person. The setup for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and VS Code is on the integrations page, along with the no-account endpoint. Machine-readable pricing is at /pricing.md and a site index for agents is at /llms.txt. Bug reports about any of those go to support@3dlogo.io.
